Each page has five thoughts organised around a theme, along with a related quote and a take-away to inspire you to think and act.  This is great book to use for your daily inspiration, as you can use the table of contents to get some inspiration on a specific theme that is on your mind that particular day. Now, one HINT as you read this book.

As you read through each theme, move forward to the next page only after you have asked yourself the following question: How do I apply this to my own life? This is the first most important action you can take while reading this book. Asking yourself “How do I apply this to my own life?” moves you to begin thinking about the possible action you can take.

Very often you read books and say to yourself, “That’s interesting.” However, if you keep your thoughts at only a “That’s interesting” level, you never get to thinking about the ACTION you can take from what you have just learned. When you move from “That’s interesting” to “How do I apply this”, you start to make changes in your life. Why? When you think about how you can apply the learning, you are thinking in an ‘Action Mode’ and basically wiring your brain for action. The next time a situation comes where you could possibly use this learning, your brain then serves it up to you.
